We help entrepreneurs realise growth goals and find more ease and freedom in business and life. Our program is specifically designed for women entrepreneurs who have been running a business for at least 3 years in Timor-Leste, and are looking to grow revenue, profit and impact.
Small and medium sized businesses contribute to 50% of Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions. We are working hard to support these types of businesses to become more environmentally sustainable, particularly in emerging markets. We do this by exploring the opportunity of a faster transition. We support work in emerging markets like Indonesia where we invested in the Good Return Impact Fund. We believe some of the best ideas come from entrepreneurs, especially those in places like Timor-Leste and the Asia-Pacific. We have a strong focus on local women entrepreneurs and business owners in these markets. We are currently supprting together with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) the Female Founders Program. This program offers tailored business coaching to growth stage women-led businesses in Timor-Leste. The approach blends traditional business coaching metholdologies with mindest coaching based on the experience of women in emerging markets. The program not only help individual businesses but also to localise the business coaching methodology as well as prioritise policy and structural changes needed to support these types of businesses. We are building a movement to transition to a new economy. An economy that builds prosperity but also does good. The current business networks are not fit for purpose. We are working with mainstream business networks like Chambers of Commerce to help them transition faster. We have also established our own network, The Good Business Network. This network brings people together online and face to face through what we call 'Good Business Gatherings'.
